  	From The Glenwood Criterion: We learn from Mr. George H. Davis, who was in Kirksville last Monday, that Mr. G.N. Dodson - who had a hay press - and another man were struck and literally killed by lightning during a storm there Monday. They were in a barn playing cards when the bolt descended and ended the game.
